Highland Hope offers two distinct worship services. If you prefer a service that includes traditional liturgy, singing hymns & gospel with some more current music as well, join us for our 1st service at 8:15 a.m.
If you’re looking for something that’s a little more upbeat, with contemporary worship music provided by our talented worship band, be sure to check out our 2nd service at 10:45 a.m.
If you’re not sure which style fits your needs, why not give each a try? You can pass the time between the morning services by grabbing a free cup of coffee, and joining us at one of the many Church School classes that we offer (for both adults & kids), beginning at 9:30am. Click here for the latest on #HHOPE’s Christian Education opportunities.
During services, we have age appropriate “Busy Boxes” with things to do and weekly children’s bulletins for kids to take home. Or sit at one of our paper covered tables-markers provided so they can draw and color.
KIDS CHURCH RETURNS SEPTEMBER 8!
Beginning again in the fall, Kids Church is offered in our 8:15 service. Children begin the worship experience in Hope Hall with their families. About 20 minutes into the service (after the worship music), kids PreK-5th grade may leave with our Kids Church leaders for their own worship upstairs. Sign them up each week before service or at the time of dismissal, then watch for the picture above to appear on the screens. Children must be signed out after the service.
We do not have Kids Church on the first Sunday of the month. This allows for our little ones to be a part of the main service, whether as acolytes, taking a special offering for the Our Conference Our Kids or blessing us with a song. Also, they are right there to take Communion with their families.
Children are always welcome to stay in Hope Hall with their families. Once they try Kids Church, though, they are anxious to go back.
Free nursery services are available during each worship service and Sunday School.
Communion is served the first Sunday of every month. This is an open communion, as it’s the Lord’s Table, not ours.
Stop by this Sunday… We’d love to meet you!
