About Kathryn Comish
Kathryn Comish is on our church staff as Outreach Coordinator. Kathryn is a charter member of Highland Hope and attends regularly with her children Emily, Jordan, Johannah, and Timothy. Kathryn’s husband, Brian, is a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and attends Highland Hope as an Associate member.
Kathryn is involved in several church ministries, including the Hope Ensemble, Landscaping, VBS, Women’s Bible Study, Kid’s Kingdom, Upward Sports Ministry and just about everything else that happens at Highland Hope.
Kathryn’s primary duties include special projects, Upward Sports Ministry, delivering first time visitor baskets to visitors and encouraging them to become involved in Hope’s small group programs, ministries and activities. She also keeps the community informed of Highland Hope’s church life and assists in the support of all Hope volunteers in leadership positions.
Kathryn is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in ornamental horticulture and Agriculture Education. She went on to earn a Masters Degree at Clemson University in South Carolina.
Her family moved to Highland, IL in January of 1996.
