Please note: all promotion request forms will be submitted to your ministry leader for approval before any promotion can take place. To expedite this, please include the ministry (Missions, IFD, Youth, etc.) and/or the leader’s name in the comments.
Online signups will be used whenever possible possible-please include the email address that should receive the responses.
